Dr Brian Cambourne joins literacy expert Sharon Callen to talk about the Conditions For Learning.
How can can teachers develop a set of conditions of learning in the classroom that lead to greater student engagement and improved outcomes?
Many school leaders and teachers are grappling with this, and wondering whether a program could bring the solution, or whether there's a way to construct the learning with students.
To talk about his Conditions For Learning, we welcome back to the podcast Dr. Cambourne, associate professor and Principal Fellow at the University of Wollongong in NSW.
Brian is one of Australian’s most eminent researchers of literacy and learning. Brian's national and international scholarship has earned him many prestigious awards, including being inducted into the International Reading Association’s Reading Hall of Fame, and the Outstanding Educational Achievement Award by the Australian College of Educators.
